Achieving sustainable online growth at lower cost is perhaps the key challenge facing many retailers today. With offline retail in recession and ecommerce slowing down, where do retailers look for answers to the central challenge of growing their business and maintaining market share?
Keybroker believe a large slice of this retail challenge can be solved by adhering to some fundamental online marketing principles, but to do this also requires greater business integration between online and offline.
Keybroker will focus on the key online growth drivers (product, price, promotion, perception etc), and use their recent online UK consumer research to identify areas where retailers can improve their online marketing. The workshop will also illustrate how front-end online marketing can be synchronised with back-end merchandising and inventory management systems (the supply chain) to drive profitable online sales and reduce customer acquisition costs.
The presentation will explain;
- some of the key frustrations of today among UK online consumers
- the key drivers of online sales growth
- how to reduce your customer acquisition costs
- how shop-floor strategies can be replicated online by using real time advertising to sell the most profitable
- products or bundles of goods
- how to integrate the product journey (within the multichannel) to drive sales and profits
Who should attend the workshop and why?
Decision makers with responsibility for the multichannel, ecommerce, marketing, supply chain and logistics will all find this presentation addresses some of their core challenges. It may also provide some of the solutions they seek.
Keybroker will draw on its experience and proven methods to define some clear solutions to what can seem complex multichannel challenges. The workshop will also draw on case studies, client perspectives and industry observers to provide different perspectives on some fundamental questions.
For those decision makers under increasing pressure to deliver results, this workshop could deliver a better understanding of how to gain a competitive advantage for their business.
