Three steps to improving your website's User Experience & why you should bother!

The 1-2-3 guide to improving Website User Experience, by whatusersdo.

Learn from the experts how User Experience testing can transform your online conversions - this practical workshop guides you through three steps that every online retailer must take to deliver an intuitive and compelling experience to users:

STEP 1: Securing the budget! How to convince the boss that you should invest in UX testing and the ROI you can expect

STEP 2: Choosing the right UX testing method (moderated or remote) and the types of insight you can expect from each

STEP 3: Working with results - delegates' websites will be User Experience tested by www.whatusersdo.com and the expert panel will share key findings from the results

You can expect to leave the session with...

  • the reasons why users leave e-commerce websites
  • tips to help you convince senior management that you should be UX testing at least monthly
  • a comparison of the two major approaches to UX testing and how they apply to you
